|2.||Consideration of Proposal for Disposition of Gateway Parcel|
a. Approve a Resolution to accept the proposal from Stephen A.Wilson, President, Hide-Away Storage to acquire the parcel located at 1246 Buena Vista Circle in the Gateway District as stated in the May 31, 2017 proposal.
b. Approve the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the subject property and authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement.
