RECOMMENDED ACTION:

a)  Approval of Resolution accepting Lost Lagoon Development, LLLP proposal for the sale of approximately 157.46 acres in Murdock Village Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) as outlined in the July 17, 2017 proposal; and

b) Approve the Agreement for Purchase and Sale with the Lost Lagoon Development, LLLP for the sale of approximately 157.46 acres in Murdock Village and authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement.
